Abstract

Upaya peningkatan prestasi kerja, suatu organisasi dapat mengatasi stres akibat pekerjaan yang dapat berkontribusi terhadap kelelahan pada perawat. Isu penting adalah meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan perawat dengan memperbaiki keadaan Burnout Nurse syndrome. Peningkatan kinerja perawat sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit . Mempertimbangkan pertimbangan di atas, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan sebagai berikut untuk memperdalam kegiatan individu yang terjadi pada perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman perawat terkait tentang burnout syndrome. Penelitian ini menggunakan Design Diskriptif Fenomenologi dengan metode kualitatatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat yang berperan aktif dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan di RSUD Dr. Adhyatma MPH Tugurejo Semarang yang terdiri dari perawat pelaksana, kepala ruangan dan pimpinan. Menggunakan tehnik Purposive Sampling diperoleh 15 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara menggunakan tehnik FGD ( Focus Group Discussion ) kemudian diformulasikan dan dianalisa dengan tehnik Colaiizzi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh tiga tema diantaranya keluhan tidak puas. Lingkungan kerja yang tidak menyenangkan dan tanggung jawab yang berlebihan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa keluhan perasaan perawat akan ketidak puasan, lingkungan kerja yang kurang menyenangkan hingga tanggung jawab yang berlebihan merupakan penyebab terjadinya burnout syndrome. Akibat yang dapat ditimbulkan sangat besar dan berdampak besar terhadap kualitas pelayanan asuhan keperawatan untuk pasien di Rumah  Sakit.
